📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

🚛 Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery may take a little longer than prepaid orders

💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available on selected locations
Extra shipping charge will be applied on COD orders
COD orders may also take more time to deliver compared to prepaid orders

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS/email
You can track your order using that link

❗ Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch
We will assist you in resolving the issue

📦 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
