At OLA COSMETICS we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during delivery
The product received is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Proof
A full unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue.
Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Products that have been opened or used
Color/shade preference issues
Orders placed during sale/discount
Damages caused by the customer
⏰ Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be accepted
🔄 Refund / Replacement Policy
Approved returns will be eligible for:
Replacement of the product, or
Store credit
We do not provide cash refunds unless necessary
